site: anchor pixiv and bsky URL patterns
Both matched URL substrings anywhere in text, so a link like https://evil.com/?u=pixiv.net/artworks/1 triggered a real fetch and cache-key pollution. Prefix ^(?:https?://)? like the twitter pattern.
